5 Reasons Elements Lakewood Is The Festival Of The People
We fell in love with Elements Lakewood Camping Festival last year when our eyes were opened to the magic of BangOn!’s crown jewel event. This festival expertly combines art, music and a truly tight-knit underground community. We highlighted Elements Lakewood as one of our festivals not to miss in 2019 and as we get ready to make our way back to those magical campgrounds we wanted to share 5 reason why Elements Lakewood is the festival we all deserve.
As always the creative team at BangOn! NYC has cooked up yet another dope lineup from front to back. Featuring a perfect balance of cutting edge international superstars and local legends, this year’s Elements Lakewood lineup is an expertly curated masterstroke.
Comprised of multiple stages including the four main stages based on the natural elements of fire, air, earth and water, Elements Lakewood had incredible music options to be discovered throughout every nook and cranny of the festival grounds.
With a game-changing mix of house innovators like Damian Lazarus, Disclosure, Fisher, Shiba San and Justin Martin and bass mavericks including CloZee, The Funk Hunters, Stylust and Russ Liquid, Elements Lakewood will have a flavor for every sonic persuasion. Late night takeovers from Good Looks, NU Androids, Sermon and The Rust should surely not be missed either.
Famous for their uncanny ability to create wondrously immersive environs and encouraging festival goers to become active participants in the art, BangOn! always have plenty of tricks up their sleeves. This year the Elements Lakewood team will be erecting new treehouses to dwell in unique art cars to climb on, large sculptures to explore, secret paths to uncover, exhibits to question, and alternate realities to enter.
The entire festival takes place on a massive summer camp property that infuses the entire weekend with nostalgic wonder and a much-needed disconnect from the real world. With a vibe all its own and a limitless array of possibilities to experience, Elements Lakewood is like a true pick-your-own adventure.
Elements Lakewood has established itself as one of the premier music festivals on the east coast. Located in the rolling hills of Northeastern Pennsylvania Elements Lakewood is perfectly situated within driving distance of the New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Boston. In fact, the festival will be running shuttles to and from those four cities to get you there in style. One way tickets from New York are available now for $39. Keep it locked for price drops on shuttles to Philly, D.C. and Boston as well.
As we found out last year the community that Elements Lakewood brings together is a truly one of a kind collection of like-minded souls. Pockets of mutual friends come together to create a tightly-knit network of discerning music lovers looking to spread and show love.
Cabin and glamping options for friends and big groups make Elements an unmissable family affair. There are bungalow suite options for groups of 3 ranging all the way up to cabins for groups of 14 to 20. Life is better lived with the ones you love so gather your crew and make this Memorial Day weekend one to remember.
You can also start your Elements Lakewood journey by hitting up when of the official Pre-Paries. Next weekend March 23, Yheti combines with Aspire Higher in Philadelphia at the Warehouse On Watts and then on April 4, Viceroy joins forces with Nu Androids in D.C. at Flash Rooftop.
