Buku is Back! Phase 1 Artists Announced

Few things are better than perusing Bourbon Street circa Mardi Gras time, gettin’ buzzed NOLA style off Hand-grenades and Hurricanes, feasting on authentic Creole cuisine, and simply getting rowdy with the locals. Also, few things are better than indulging in live music with your tightest squad of homies, experiencing art in all forms amidst breathtaking scenery. This merging of cultural exploration and partying has been the visage for Buku Music and Arts Project for the last 5 years, and the fun isn’t stopping anytime soon. For the sixth year in a row, Buku will return to the Mardi Gras World Convention Center in New Orleans for two days of Cajun ragin’, March 10th and 11th. With an initial lineup that includes Deadmau5, Travis Scott, Zeds Dead, Tycho and more on the bill, Buku 2017 will surely be another one for the books. Take a closer look here.

Since its arrival in 2012, Buku has proven itself worthy among the top city-based festivals within the scene, attracting tens of thousands of patrons to its grounds each year for what has become an annual tradition. Offering 4+ stages every year including an S.S Buku boat stage for the VIP-ers, this 2-day party tops most of its kind, and 2017 should be no different. The excitement is far more than real for phase 2 of the lineup to be released, so stay updated via Buku’s Facebook and Twitter pages, and purchase your weekend passes (GA and VIP) right here. Get a taste of the Buku life by checking out the 2016 aftermovie below.
