Dirtybird BBQ Returns to Brooklyn This Weekend! [Ticket Giveaway]
Well ladies and gentlemen, summer is coming to an end and although the world might be slipping further into chaos, there are still plenty of reasons to have a smile on your face. One of those silver linings is the always-sizzling Dirtybird BBQ that hits New York right around this time each year. Few labels in the world of electronic music have garnered as much admiration and fandom as the San Francisco based house music collective. On September 11 the Dirtybird family will be in town to bring their funky beats and unquestionably positive vibes. You can grab your tickets for this New York summer staple right here at Eventbrite!
Last year the entire Dirtybird crew that made their way to Red Hook absolutely smashed it with performances by Shiba San, Kill Frenzy, J. Phlip and of course their fearless leader Claude Vonstroke. This year the lineup looks a little different, with the maniacal brothers Christian and Justin Martin making the trip to the east coast, as well as the addition of Walker Royce. J Phlip, Shiba San and Claude will be back in Brooklyn to follow up their unreal 2015 sets with even more heat this year. With a sweltering lineup like this there is no doubt that the vibes will be all the way on point.
Our friends over at MeanRed Productions have big plans for this year’s Dirtybird bash and we are teaming up to give you a chance to win 2 tickets to the cookout. Enter above and follow the steps for your chance to win! At this year’s Brooklyn BBQ, the grounds will be stacked with fair activities and goodies like Best in Show contests, tons of carnival games, Brooklyn-exclusive t-shirts and a quick and easy entry process. As always the grub will be slamming. For only $20, you get a full plate of authentic BBQ deliciousness!
The Dirtybird BBQ has truly become one of my favorite events in NYC. The atmosphere always feels like a family cookout with incredible music, rather than your normal show or concert. If you want to close out your summer on a high then you need to get your ass to Brooklyn this September 11th, and buggy with the dirtiest birds around.
