Gathering of the Vibes Announces 2014 Lineup
Tonight at the Capitol Theater with Deep Banana Blackout and Kung Fu, Gathering of the Vibes announces its 2014 lineup. Gathering of the Vibes will be held at Seaside Park in Bridgeport, CT from July 31st – August 3rd. We are so excited to announce this stellar lineup! Among the many talented artists on this year’s 19th lineup,Vibes has even locked down The Disco Biscuits, who were regulars at the festival from 1998-2001, but have not returned since. After the Camp Bisco hiatus announcement, the fact that this band for the most part does not tour (let alone play other festivals) and the true ecstatic feelings this band evokes, this is very exciting news. Other equally fantastic headliners include: Widespread Panic, John Fogerty, Moe., Umphrey’s Mcgee, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, Dark Star Orchestra, Donna the Buffalo, late night ragers Deep Banana Blackout and EOTO, and many, many more.
