J’Moris Is Turning Up “Til It’s Gone”
Following in the footsteps of hip-hop legends and hood heroes Master P and Gucci Mane, Fort Worth’s J’Moris is making a name for himself with his brand of suave, street-wise rap. Born in the 90’s when drugs, pimps & thugs flooded the streets of his hometown, J’oris is now a self-dubbed ‘product of environment’, his hard-hitting style is a reprieve from the gimmicky rap that fills the airwaves and brings the focus back to real rap. In his new track “Til It’s Gone,” J’Moris flexes his muscles on a raucous, rock n roll tinged beat.
J’Moris has been drawn to music since he was a young boy, and his latest track showcases his dedication to the high stakes hip-hop lifestyle. The Texan emcee shouts out inspirations like Jimi Hendrix as he showcases his lyrical swagger and unmistakable grit.
While battling the trials and tribulations of life, J’Moris has always found music to be an unrivaled outlet of expression. During his college venture at Lamar University, Moris co-founded the organization Tru Misfitz. Continuing to maneuver more into the music industry, Moris found his southern influence played a heavy part in what he does, deeply embedded in his music and persona.
