Manila Killa Drops 1993 Deluxe Edition & Kicks Off Phase II of Tour
One of the most uniquely talented artists we’ve come across in recent years is the Philippines-born beatsmith, Manila Killa. The meticulouos self-taught multi-instrumentalist has transformed his passion project into a full-fledged career. Now with millions of streams and major festival billings under his belt, Manila Killa is proud to unveil the newest additions to his acclaimed debut EP. The 1993 Deluxe Edition has added even more depth to one of our favorite projects of the year. Featuring two new hard-hitting Dusk remixes of his songs “1993” and “Run Away” by the man himself, along with remixes by fellow Moving Castle founder Aobeats, the talented Acaer, and last but certainly not least, Bristol-based producer Laxcity.
There is no denying that Manila Killa is one of the most forward-thinking producers in the scene. His ability to seamlessly blend genres and craft his own stylish brand of cutting-edge tunes is remarkable. Impossible to pigeon-hole, Manila Killa’s style swings from cinematic and emotional to groovy and provocative. Each of the tracks were meticulously selected by Manila Killa with the intention of showcasing his ever-evolving influences and diverse musical palette.
