Mint Green Music Festival: Brings the Heat with Lineup and More!

Mint Green Music Festival (MGMF) has announced its second round of artists to complete the lineup for its inaugural event on August 24 & 25 at the Salem County Fairgrounds in Woodstown, NJ. The second round announcement includes late-night headliners CLAUDE VONSTROKE and BREAK SCIENCE, as well as UP UNTIL NOW, NORMAL INSTRUMENTS, JEFF BUJAK, JIMKATA, BEAM&DEEM, MICHAEL NIGHTTIME, COSMIC DUST BUNNIES, SOLARIS, and several more.

These artists join TWO FRESH, BOOMBOX, and other previously announced acts such as ARCHNEMESIS, DR FAMEUS, ZOOGMA, THE MALAH, THE INDOBOX, WOBBLESAUCE and others on MGMF’s Main Stage, indoor side stage, and Stage. Located just 40 minutes outside of Philadelphia, the Salem County Fairgrounds is convenient in location, accommodates car camping, and is the perfect venue to highlight the Mint Green Arts Program. MGMF will provide a mixture of installation, interactive and live art, with many of the projects focusing on the idea of community and our impact on the environment as well as one another. MGMF will attempt to use as many recycled and natural materials as possible in all installation art and most of the live art created on-site will be available for purchase upon completion.

Other festival features include live art projects at the Sensible Reason Art Pavilion and various classes, experiences, and workshops in the Health & Wellness Pavilion. MGMF will also offer food, art, and craft vendors as well as a farmer’s market and campfire throughout the weekend.

Greg Sarafan

Greg Sarafan founded Greg Sarafan’s Sensible Reason in 2007. He started blogging for HeadCount in January 2011. Soon after he organized and ran a small but successful charity festival called Binghamtronica to benefit HeadCount and OxFam America. He is a Team Leader in NYC as well as Artist Relations representative for HeadCount. Greg has BAs in political science and art history from Binghamton University. Greg has a J.D. as well as a Certificate in Intelectual Property, Media and Privacy from Brooklyn Law School . Greg also volunteers for OxFam America as a Concert Outreach Coordinator. In 2009 Greg presented his theory of Artistic Stylistic Transmission in the Royal Mughal Atelier at an art history symposium at Ohio State University.
