MTV and TomorrowWorld Team Up In 2014
The largest 21+ festival of its kind in the U.S., TomorrowWorld, just announced the biggest collaboration of music in a very long time. MTV, the original powerhouse in music, is now a part of the TomorrowWorld team. As of Thursday April 24th, announcements will be made on every MTV outlet there is, as well as all of their social media, to announce the TomorrowWorld lineup. MTV’s EDM side, ClubLand will be doing most of the announcements over Twitter and Facebook, but the channel will hold a one hour tribute to the artists attending the festival, showcasing their music videos on air.
TomorrowWorld will be held in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia September 26th–28th. Even though the festival is only in its second year, it has the most hype of any festival of its kind. With camping that is described as a completely separate world, DreamVille has unique tents and its own currency; it’ll be an experience few will forget.
From a music lover’s standpoint, it’s difficult to get into this idea without being a little skeptical. MTV doesn’t exactly have the best reputation in music lately, and it’s becoming less and less popular among those with a brain. However, the “music” channel actually makes an effort to bring music back to their signature “M” once in a while. If an effort is made anywhere, it’ll be at TomorrowWorld. The lineup is guaranteed to be larger than life after this announcement, and it’s only a matter of time before tickets sell out once the lineup is released.
Tickets just went on sale for the festival last weekend, so scoop them up on the website before they’re gone, and before the highly anticipated lineup is released all over the MTV world tomorrow.
