So this installment was supposed to go deep into the woods, right? Well I just didn’t just go deep into the woods, I went to the World’s End! The World’s End State Park is located in Forksville, PA. My partners in crime and myself decided to hike– what else?– The World’s End trail. Great choice, right? Not so much! There is a reason it’s called The World’s End. It’s not a trail you just go skipping through the woods on, that’s for sure! After literally scaling the side of a mountain, I came to two conclusions: I was not going to be taking a lot of photos, and I should NEVER pick a trail for its name and how many miles it is! I should have known better than this, but it is what is and I hiked to The World’s End and back!
Not only did I give you some sound advice about picking trails. I am also adding some other photos; some from a couple small hikes of my old stomping grounds, and a couple of my Queen Velvet Sunflowersthat I grew from seed in my garden! Up next is the beautiful World of Fall.
