Okeechobee Track of the Week: The Ghost of Paul Revere “Little Bird”
Okeechobee Music &Arts Festival is right around the corner. The festival’s extensive lineup is almost overwhelming, which makes it one of the best festival lineups this year. The festival is on the cusp of warmer weather and kicks festival season into gear. This week, we thought we’d showcase an artist headed to Okeechobee this year, The Ghost of Paul Revere. This week’s Track of the Week is the first song off of their latest album Monarch, “Little Bird.”
“Litte Bird” starts off strong with a swift little guitar riff and a foot-stomping beat. Powerful vocals enter the ears, telling a beautifully metaphorical tale. The beat never lets up as the listener is compelled to tap a foot and maybe even clap a bit. As the tale continues, the vocals gather momentum and climb the scales of the singer’s vocal range. Before the chorus enters, there’s a quick handclap that makes it impossible to sit still. Then, the chorus enters and one can envision seeing The Ghost of Paul Revere jamming on stage captivating their entire audience. “Little Bird” is the song most popular on many music platforms and must be their biggest track to play on the stage. As the song continues, it becomes clear that this track will certainly be the earworm of the day.
Don’t miss this Track of the Week at this years Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival. The festival is next weekend, March 1-4th, 2018 at Sunshine Grove in Okeechobee, FL.
