Pete Tong Debuts Adrian Lux’s “Sooner or Later” on BBC Radio 1
BBC Radio 1 has always been a staple in new dance music and the newest, as well as most seasoned, DJs/producers have been featured on Radio 1 throughout the years. Pete Tong is one of those seasoned DJs. He’s done it all and taken the dance world by storm, even having a movie named after him (It’s All Gone Pete Tong)! Well, the legend that is Pete Tong and the powerhouse that is BBC Radio 1 have come together for the release of Adrian Lux‘s new single “Sooner or Later.”
The debut shows a different side if Adrian Lux that we have yet to hear. Deep house influences course through the track. It’s one that bumps enough for the clubs, but stays chill enough to groove during a low-key afternoon. The debut of the song comes as Adrian Lux gets ready to release his new EP Make Out, set to drop May 13th via Ultra Music. “Sooner or Later” is out on Spotify sooner rather than later, meaning today!
Make Out is a 6-track shorty, but coined as “pure summer anthem material.” It features JJ, Lune, Marcus Schossow, and even a track called “Lauren Conrad.” As the deep house craze resurfaces, this EP goes right with the trend, creating a sexy sound for its summer release. In honor of his new release, and in case you can’t wait until May 13th, Lux created a playlist on Spotify called LuxLike with two versions of “Sooner or Later” and his spring faves. Check out the track list for Make Out below, and if you’re in the area, check out his next couple tour dates as well!
