Road to Resonance: Resonance Reconstructed 2017
Can’t wait until September for Resonance Music and Arts Festival? We have the perfect solution: Resonance Reconstructed 2017.
This festival-like concert, hosted by Essential Productions, is a 2-day “jamstravaganza” at the Madison Theater in Covington, KY. The event will take place from April 28-30 and feature two nights of Papadosio, two nights of Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, and support from Living Light.
If you’re in the area, Resonance Reconstructed is the perfect way to hold yourself over until September’s mind-blowing festivities. This event will also host workshops, craft vendors, and feature live art with more to be announced! Regular passes start at $22 and will be $25 at the door, (granted they don’t sell out), and 2-night passes are $30.

Falling somewhere between rock, jazz, and electronic mayhem, we find space rock. This is a genre that is not readily defined, and is a state of mind as much as it could be considered a genre. This range of frequencies is where Papadosio tends to spend their time, sometimes dining in deep space, and other times snacking right on your front porch. Papadosio strives to create music that is strangely familiar, and calls all walks of humanity to bask in a unique experience celebrating the one constant in an ever changing world: music. Join Papadosio in an effort to create, augment, and rejoice in the universal language of music. Most importantly, have a good time.
Pigeons Playing Ping Pong brings end-of-the-world enthusiasm to their high-energy psychedelic funk. Their infectious electro-funk grooves, undeniable live energy, and contagious smiles have their rabid fanbase “the Flock” growing exponentially. Based out of Baltimore, MD, this animated quartet has been scorching up the country with their explosive performances and danceable peaks… and they’re loving every minute of it.
Hailing from Boston MA, Eartha Harris, a.k.a. Living Light, is on a mission to uplift and inspire her listeners. Danceable yet soothing, melodic, euphoric, and sometimes mysterious — the music of Living Light offers glimpses into fantastical worlds filled with fluttering flutes, deep dub baselines, and sparkling electronic fairydust… topped off with the occasional sample-drop of knowledge… just enough to pull anyone out of the daily grind and inspire daydreams of what could be. Eartha has spent a lifetime producing music. With coast-to-coast festival appearances, a Beatport chart-topping album, and releases on both Desert Trax and Merkaba Music continuing to roll out, she shows no signs of stopping any time soon.
