Sunday is for Football
We are officially a quarter of the way into the season! Kansas City,Denver, New Orleans, Seahawks and New England remain unbeaten and showing no signs of slowing down. The Chiefs Coach Reid is proving he still has it! New England’s Tom Bradey is proving he doesn’t need a star-studded WR core to get things done! New Orleans is back to winning with the combination of Brees /Coach Sean Payton on offense and with a impressive coached defense from Rob Ryan. The Seahawks continue to impress everyone with their ability to find ways to win.
The New York Football Giants, Tampa Bay Bucs, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Pittsburgh Steelers all sit at 0-4! If you had told me before the start of the season that the Giants and the Steelers would not have won a game yet, I would have laughed and called you a lair! The lackluster or absent running game seems to be the biggest problem for the Giants and the Steelers. They both need to find a way to come up with a win this week! Tampa Bay Bucs and The Jacksonville Jaguars are in a sinking ship without a reliable QB to bail them out.
Week five has some great games on tap! Starting with the Lions (3-1) going into Lambeau Field to face division rivals Greenbay Packers (1-2)! The Saints take their A game into Chicago for what should be a chess match between defenses! The undefeated Broncos head to Dallas to face the 2-2 Cowboys!
Malcolm Floyd (SD) – out for the season
Dwight Freeney (SD) – out for the season
Jake Locker (Tenn)- out for 4-8 weeks
Vince Wilfork (NE)- out for the season
