Lettuce, known as ‘modern day rulers of old school funk,’ brings its high-octane juggernaut tour to the stages of #Vibes20.
This close-knit band, with its bottomless well of musical ideas and unrivaled chemistry, traces the ’60s to the’80s incorporating modern hip-hop sensibilities—heavy bass, kick and snare—along the way.
Electron is a four-piece band created by The Disco Biscuits’ bass player Marc Brownstein. Originally put together to perform two shows of a Rock Opera, in the summer of 2000, the band has been going strong since.
The original members of Electron are back together, and ready for some fun, bringing its unique brand of in-your-face fun to #Vibes20.
Soul-funk icon Karl Denson has been electrifying adoring audiences around the world, and for the first time comes to #Vibes20.
For the dance floor grenade, New Ammo, Karl re-united with Tiny Universe in their first recording since 2009. See, feel New Ammo and more, live at Gathering of the Vibes!
Through more than 40 years, multi-generational Max Creek has become more than a musical entity – but a way of life for literally thousands.
Max Creek will bring its —rock, country, reggae, soul, jazz, calypso—‘Creek’ sound to #Vibes20.
Ryan Montbleau, a Gathering of the Vibes regular, returns with his transcendent songcraft and powerful, uplifting voice.
Known for his inspired configurations and collaboration, the evolution of the Ryan Montbleau Band assures another great show at #Vibes20.
Goumour Almoctar, known as “Bombino,” survived his worn-torn country of Niger as a refuge to emerge as one of the most sought-after musicians of North Africa.
At the time of the first Gathering of the Vibes, he was honing his guitar skills while a Herder in exile, performing for livestock, … Bombino will grace #Vibes20 as a new voice of the Sahara, fusing traditional Berber rhythms with the energy of rock and roll and songs about peace.
Talented blues musician Doyle Bramhall II is an known for collaborations with the likes of: Eric Clapton, Sheryl Crow, Tedeschi Trucks, Elton John, Erykah Badu, Gregg Allman, and more.
Bramhall II’s distinctive guitar work—he is a left handed player who plays a right handed strung guitar flipped upside down—will fill the air of #Vibes20.
